#9 The Poet – A Poetic Dedication

It’s only Words and words are all I have to take your heart away.

I’m not creative at all, but when it comes to making the people who give me a million reasons to smile, feel special, I hardly refrain from anything.

The Poet

O love, thou teach me how to smile,
thy words of love yet hidden pride,
kindness eternal yet ambitions high,
soft at heart but would never cry.

O love, thou teach me how to live,
each minute, each second happiness you give.
The pearls you pen down on that fortunate notebook,
the love you gave, the pain you happily took.

O love, thou teach me how to stand
how could, without you life be this grand!
And now my heart with pleasure fills…
and dances with the daffodils.

It’s important to remind people of how much you love them, not too often, but once in a while – maybe on their birthday or on a day they do something that makes you feel extremely proud of them.

Sharing is an irreplaceable part of life. When we don’t share our thoughts, we break the illusion of companionship.

We’re born alone, we live alone, we die alone. Only through our love and friendship can we create the illusion for the moment that we’re not alone.

Orson Welles
